Returns

At Moshpit Threads, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must have original tags (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
